AgustaWestland Philadelphia Customer Support & Services is committed to providing the end user with the highest level of support and service. CS&S is staffed with a broad range of expertise to facilitate operator needs. Our support staff ranges from Customer Support Managers, Field Support Representatives, Materials Support, Service Engineers, Warranty, Technical Publications and Customer Service. Our onsite Maintenance and Completions service and Engineering Department provide customers a seamless service and maintenance experience. AgustaWestland Philadelphia continually seeks to improve its support and responsiveness to customer needs through increased communication with and unrivaled support of our customers.
 
Dedicated staff manages the Service Center network within North, Central and South America, allowing us to continuously evaluate the existing network, while strategically monitoring new areas of support to provide our customers with alternative options for maintenance. To further increase our understanding and perception of customer situational needs, we have a dedicated team of Customer Support Managers. These customer support professionals coordinate and provide a timely resolution to customer needs as they arise.
